Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Solaris HealthCare Plant City SNF in Plant City, FL. The role provides skilled PTA services in a dedicated therapy gym within a SNF, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
