Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Plant City is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility, working within an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($23–$38/hr) based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join Step Up Rehab as the in-house therapy provider and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
