Solaris HealthCare Plant City is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. This full-time role, supported by Step Up Rehab, offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay rate of $23–$38 per hour, with flexible scheduling and strong team collaboration.

You will provide skilled PTA services to residents, work with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function, and enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
