Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Plant City is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work with residents to regain function and independence, under the Step Up Rehab team.

In addition to a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay ($23–$38/hr), the position offers comprehensive benefits, a modern rehab environment, and opportunities to contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
