Job summary

Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facility settings. This PRN role delivers skilled PTA services to residents and works with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality of life in a SNF.

Florida PTA license and SNF/post-acute experience are preferred. Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus, and benefits may affect rates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
