Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team serving residents at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL. You will provide PTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility and work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, function, and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
