Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida seek a licensed PTA to provide skilled therapy services in SNF settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality of life.

The role is PRN with increased rates when medical benefits are waived, and is supported by Step Up Rehab as the in-house therapy provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
