Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This PRN PTA position requires Florida licensure and offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function, mobility, and independence in modern therapy gyms.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
