Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL, are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facility assignments. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, with increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Provide PTA therapy, work with an interdisciplinary team, and require a Florida PTA license with graduation from an accredited PTA program. SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-focused therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.
