Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled therapy in the Boca Pointe and Rosewood nursing facilities in Florida. You will join dedicated therapy gyms and work within an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active FL PTA license (or eligibility). SNF or post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
