Job summary

Talented Medicals Solution seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist in delivering physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will help implement individualized plans aimed at restoring function, mobility and reducing pain across multiple clinical settings.

Responsibilities include supervising patients through exercises, documenting progress, and collaborating with the rehabilitation team to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Implement planned treatment programs to restore function and mobility.
• Instruct and supervise therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training.
• Monitor progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Document sessions and patient progress per policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to coordinate care.
