Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
• Board Eligible/Required to complete board exam on next available date.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers.
• Follows therapist's plan of care and adjusts treatment based on patient response.
• Documents daily notes and adheres to CTSCP67 policy.
• Completes annual education for DNV Hip and Knee Replacement program if applicable.
• Coordinates with PT on patient treatment interventions and progress reports.
