Job summary

You will perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and aquatic therapy as part of a collaborative rehab team.

The role requires licensure as a PTA (Illinois) and BLS within 30 days, with relocation support for candidates moving 50+ miles.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) eligibility in IL state (IDFPR).
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Follows and adjusts the plan of care with therapist communication.
• Completes documentation per policy and daily notes.
• Assists with aquatic therapy and gait/balance training.
• Coordinates with PT on patient treatment interventions.
