Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN daytime role at Brynwood Health & Rehabilitation Center in Monticello, FL. The PTA provides treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, documents progress, and educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, a current PT A license, and at least 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state PTA License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
