Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Starke, FL seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care on a flexible schedule. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement care plans and monitor patient progress, ensuring high quality care during daytime PRN shifts at Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active PTA license, and be comfortable educating patients on exercises

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
