Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis in Panama City, FL. You’ll choose when you work while contributing to high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT.

Starting 1/1/27, this role supports individualized treatment plans, documents patient progress, and educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices, with daytime shifts available.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Must hold an active PTA license in the state.
• Prior PTA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Current, unencumbered State PTA License

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required


• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License


• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred


• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist


• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT


• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
