Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Jasper, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime shifts at Suwannee Nursing Center.

As part of a supportive team led by therapists, you'll implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs.

Requirements include an accredited PTA program degree, current PTA license, and prior PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in status to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
