Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Riverchase Health & Rehabilitation Center in Quincy, FL. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling while contributing to a cohesive team led by experienced therapists.

Requirements include an accredited PTA program degree and an active state license. Prior PTA experience is preferred, and you’ll participate in delivering individualized care under supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
