Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN program in Orange Park, FL. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping implement individualized treatment plans and support patient progress in a team that values flexible scheduling.

The position emphasizes daytime PRN shifts with on-site work at Oak View Health & Rehabilitation. Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active Florida PTA

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
