Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN role in Saint Augustine, FL. You’ll work daytime shifts, select when you want to work, and be part of a clinician-led team focused on delivering quality care.

The position starts 1/1/27. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting progress, and educating patients on home programs and assistive devices. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
