Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team at Suwannee Nursing Center in Jasper, FL. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

This role offers daytime PRN scheduling, a supportive clinical team, and the flexibility to build a schedule around your life while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required for PTA role.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
