Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Worcester, MA. You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and help patients in a general rehab caseload.

The role offers weekly pay up to $40 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Newly licensed therapists are welcome, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• CEUs per state licensure requirements
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required
• Newly licensed therapists welcome!
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessment data collection and direct treatment under a Physical Therapist
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers
• Monitor efficiencies with supervisor
• Document activities in the clinical documentation system on time
• Demonstrate ability for continuous learning to stay current in the field
