Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Worcester. You will assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Weekly pay up to $40 per hour.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in PTA, PTA licensure, and CEUs per state requirements. Newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, with prior clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• CEU requirements per state licensure
• Current licensure as PTA per state requirements
• Newly licensed PTA welcomed; prior clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing, collecting assessment data, and delivering treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers
• Monitor efficiencies with supervisor and adjust as needed
• Document activities in the clinical documentation system
• Demonstrate ongoing learning to stay current in the field
