Job summary

Worcester Rehab, a Worcester, MA facility, is seeking Physical Therapists for full-time, part-time, and per diem openings. You will assess residents, plan care, and deliver treatment while collaborating with the care team. We offer weekly pay, up to $55 per hour, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus to eligible applicants.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with established plans of care.
• Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process.
• Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Documents activities according to our clinical documentation system.
• Demonstrates knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers, and supervisors.
