Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Mineral Point, WI. The PTA will implement treatment plans under PT supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.

The position supports a therapist-led approach with daytime, PRN scheduling at Mineral Point Health Services, contributing to a growing national footprint of care locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
