Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Robin Run Village team in Indianapolis, IN. You will implement treatment plans under a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use.

The position is PRN daytime with local on-site responsibilities. A PTA license and an associate degree are required, with prior experience preferred to support our therapy team.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program (required).
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
