Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support a therapist-led model across our growing national network. This role duties include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home programs and assistive devices.

PRN scheduling and collaboration with a supervising PT are expected. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active PTA license, with a preference for 1 year of prior PTA

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
