Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Olney, IL is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT and help patients progress through their rehabilitation goals.

We value hands-on contributors who hold an active PTA license and have at least 1 year of experience. This is a daytime PRN role with opportunities to grow within a national network of 285 locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
