Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center team in Glenside, PA. The PTA will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized care and monitor patient progress in a rehabilitation setting.

This PRN daytime role supports a therapist-led approach and offers hands-on patient interaction, education on home programs, and collaboration with the lead PT to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in PTA.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in the state.
• One year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
