Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-led network as we expand from 9 North Carolina facilities to a national footprint of 285 locations across 16 states. Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License is required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
