Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners brings a therapist-led approach to scale. We are currently looking for Physical Therapist Assistants who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective.

Locations: Sterling Heights, MI (Pomeroy Sterling). This PRN daytime role supports implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices under PT supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for PTA position.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License is mandatory.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
