Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL. The role involves implementing treatment plans under PT supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in PTA, an active PTA license, and a preference for 1 year of PTA experience. This position offers a PRN schedule at our Chicago/Norwood Crossing location.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
