Job summary

Requirements include an Associate Degree in PTA and an active PTA license in the state. PRN daytime schedule with opportunities at The Gardens of Fairfax and Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state PTA license required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
