Qualifications

• Current NYS PTA License and Registration.
• Valid BLS Certification.
• EMR Competence and comfortable with health IT.
• Eligible to work in the US in a Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality PTA services in SNF settings.
• Collaborate with PT Supervisor and follow Plan of Care.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Assist patients with conditions including TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, ortho surgery.

Hourly Compensation:

• W2: $34–$36
• 1099: $38–$40

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NYS PTA License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress
