Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Licensed PTA in the state of practice; BLS within 30 days.
• Board-eligible and must complete board exam on next available date.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, families, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Follow and adjust the plan of care with clinician communication.
• Document in the EMR per policy and complete required annual education.
