Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Florida to deliver patient-centered care across our growing network. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires a DPT, an active state license with NPTE, and preferred 1 year of PT experience; the position offers full-time daytime hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for licensure support and PTO.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
