Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Physical Therapist at Regents Park of Winter Park in Winter Park, FL. The role emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.

The candidate will hold a DPT, active state licensure, and NPTE, with 1 year of PT experience preferred. You will develop and adjust individualized plans, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, therapist-led team.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans with other disciplines.

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
