Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist in Miami, FL to join a team dedicated to listening to clinicians and delivering high-quality patient care. The role supports a growing network across multiple facilities and emphasizes collaboration with other disciplines to optimize outcomes.

The position requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an active state license, and NPTE eligibility. A standard full-time daytime schedule with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
