Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Dillwyn, VA team. You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines to drive optimal patient outcomes.

Applicants should hold a DPT, have a current Virginia PT license, and possess about 1 year of experience. This is a full-time daytime role with a comprehensive benefits package and licensure support.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
