Continuum Therapy Partners in Monticello, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing network of 275 locations across 16 states that prioritizes patient-centered care and therapist input.

Candidates must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an active Florida PT license (NPTE eligible), and ideally one year of clinical experience; the role offers daytime, full-time schedules with comprehensive benefits including 401k match and licensure reimbursement.
