Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing network. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and an active NPTE licensure, with current state clearance to practice.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with other disciplines to optimize outcomes. Our positions are full-time with daytime schedules at Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh, PA and Seneca Place in Verona, PA.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required and NPTE licensure.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
