Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team in Carthage, NC. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule at Peak Pinelake, with a comprehensive benefits package and a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time employees.

Ideal candidates hold a DPT, current NC PT license, and NPTE eligibility, with 1 year of PT experience preferred. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating and updating treatment plans, and educating patients on home

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
