Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care at our Carthage, NC locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with a leadership team that supports professional perspectives and growth opportunities.

This full-time position offers a daytime schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, including a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time employment. Prior NPTE preparation and a valid state license are required to practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
