Job summary

National Fitness Partners, Smyrna, DE, is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members with a friendly, helpful approach. You will handle member sign-ups, answer questions, and promote fitness programs.

This role offers starting pay at $15 per hour with weekend and weekday shifts and incremental raises over time. A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to a judgement-free, welcoming club culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Able to greet members, assist with sign-ups and tours.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor to represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
