Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Montgomery County, Pennsburg is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative starting at $15 per hour. You will greet members, answer calls, sign up new guests, log amenities, and promote our fitness programs while maintaining a Judgement Free environment for all members.

You will work with a team that emphasizes accountability and growth. The club offers growth opportunities, shift-differential pay, PTO, a 401(k) plan with employer match, health/dental/vision

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
