Job summary

Vince is seeking a Part Time Channel Operations Sales Supervisor in Malibu, CA to lead luxury client interactions and sales. You will demonstrate strong selling behaviors, elevate client experiences, and maintain product knowledge to drive results. The role requires a proactive, team-oriented approach and flexibility with evenings, weekends, and events.

You will manage client relationships, support store operations, and contribute to a luxury environment that reflects the Vince brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, events and holidays.
