Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference areas.
3. Clean and mop restroom and break area floors.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces.
6. Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and equipment in all break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
7. Resupply items as needed.
8. Use cones to indicate hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to learn to operate necessary equipment.
• Completion of a 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adherence to performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to perform all tasks safely.
• Wearing proper uniform and footwear as approved.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Team members should understand and follow company policies and procedures outlined in manuals and handbooks.
