Primary Purpose

The main goal of this role is to maintain cleanliness in office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, remove trash, operate cleaning equipment, and handle spill cleanups.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties, including equipment and supply checks and PPE compliance.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop restroom and break area floors.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalk cleaning.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment.
6. Resupply items as needed and use cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Must meet physical and ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to learn and operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Completion of a 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adherence to company performance and attendance standards.
• Willingness to wear approved clothing and footwear.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing 55% of the time, walking 45%, and static pulling up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the manual and handbook.
