Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties, including equipment and supplies check, and PPE compliance.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment.
6. Resupply items as needed and use cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand safety regulations and company policies.
• Meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to learn to operate necessary equipment.
• Complete the company's introductory period.
• Proficient in English for communication and safety.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance.
• Wear proper clothing and footwear as approved.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV physical demands, including lifting, carrying, and pulling.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures is essential.
