***Pending contract award*** Clean, sanitize, dust, vacuum and maintain good housekeeping for assigned buildings and structures. Duties and Responsibilities * Police outside of building. Physical security of the facility. Control of assigned parking areas. * Snow and ice removal IAW Snow Removal Plan (sidewalk and entrances). Coordinate G-4 directorate Facility Leads. * Maintenance of common use areas (i.e., hallways, latrines, sidewalks and snack bars) as appropriate. * Coordinates with the G-4 POCs and directorate Facility Leads regarding custodial cleaning, grounds maintenance and recycling/refuse support for the assigned facility. * Clean excess water (flood), remove bodily fluids, and remove of dead pests during custodial duties. * Control lighting, interior temperatures, and ensure that energy conservation practices conform to the APG Energy Plan. Work with the G-4 Energy Champion in support of the energy program. * Compliance with APGR 420-1 by all occupants (performs duties of the Fire Warden or has other personnel assigned). * Posting of Building Assignment Record, EAP Form 1076, to be visible from the outside of each main building entrance. * Shall make sure that all administrative functions/paperwork is in order relative to receipt documentation, work orders, or internal paperwork are accomplished on time and in the required format. * Shall be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe worksite while performing or conducting job duties and be attentive to detail. * Shall support the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY. * Other duties as assigned. | ||||||||
